My Total Body Conditioning and Pilates classes are a fun way to achieve all this and more. They can:
Come along to one of my classes - I am RSA qualified and Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) listed and have been in fitness now for over 24 years.
My classes are achievable for most people, whether you are a complete beginner or already fighting fit!
Body Conditioning: I use a variety of formats for a really effective workout. You will get fitter, leaner, change your body shape and also have fun!
Pilates: Improves your posture, flexibility, muscle tone, core strength and joint mobility. It can also reduce stress. It is particularly recommended for improving back strength and
addressing lower back pain.
